great buffet fresh fruit honors denial standard push
the staff were very friendly. they did not miss a beat . the breakfast buffet was one of the best i have had (especially the fresh fruit!).
i was disappointed they did not want to honor my hilton honors. (it was a bit of a hassle).

great location short walk clean room spacious room
The location is great because it is near a shopping center. The beach is only a short walk from the hotel. The metro is also fairly close. It is convenient. The room was clean and spacious. it had a well-kept bathroom.
The coffee machine downstairs was empty the whole time of my stay.

The staff were helpful and professional, assisting with luggage and taxi arrangements. As a Diamond member, i was treated well. Staff were friendly and quickly addressed all my requests.

broken sink damaged baseboards
the location was acceptable, especially its proximity to the mall across the street.
The room felt dated, and maintenance was lacking. A broken sink and shower door were noticeable. noise from a nearby festival kept me up half the night. furthermore, some baseboards were damaged.

helpful staff fresh pastries clean pool weight machines
The reception staff was very helpful during check-in. The breakfast offered a great selection of items. I especially enjoyed the fresh pastries. The pool was clean. I used the gym. It had several treadmills and weight machines.
the elevators were a bit slow during peak hours.
